I offer gentlemen tailored massage therapy primarily using Swedish/Western massage methods. I incorporate a range of techniques including long, slow flowing strokes (effleurage), kneading, hands-free, friction, stretching, passive joint mobilisation (PJM) and occasionally percussive (tapping) techniques.
All, of course, depending upon the needs of the client; the fundamental aim is relaxation and to help alleviate any presenting complaints, whilst reconnecting the mind with the body. Gift vouchers are available, ask for details.

45 minute targeted massage for specific complaint i.e. Sciatica, localised muscle tension or pre/post exercise treatment. General massage to relax incorporating techniques to target a presenting complaint. Please allow 10 minutes for pre and post treatment consultation.
